This outstanding horse facility is located on a 378 acre farm in Central Florida between Orlando, Tampa and 70 miles south of Ocala. It is only twenty minutes from Disney World.
This facility includes an office, tack room, feed room, veterinarian lab, arena, covered round pen, hot walker, one barn with 12 stalls, one barn with 20 stalls, and additional 20 covered outside stalls. Barns have automatic watering and fly spray systems.
Also included is a one bedroom one bath efficiency apartment and a two bedroom one bath house.
